Terms governing use of Ghost Studio, the Cloud API, and downloadable software.

This agreement describes your rights and obligations when using Autonomous Ghost products and services. By creating an account, downloading software, or running automations, you agree to these terms.
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Customer", "you") and Autonomous Ghost ("Ghost", "we", "us") for access to Ghost Studio desktop software, the app.autonomousghost.com cloud platform, APIs, and related downloadable components (collectively, the "Services").
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and applicable plan limits, Ghost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ghost Studio and to access the Cloud API for your internal business purposes.
You may not sublicense, resell, or white-label the Services except where expressly permitted in a written partner agreement with Ghost.
Cloud features consume subscription credits (Automations, Runs, Connections, and Agent AI credits as described on the Pricing page). Desktop Studio usage may be subject to separate version and update terms published at download time.
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select. Refund eligibility is described in our Payments & Refund Policy. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account credentials.
You agree not to use the Services to violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, circumvent rate limits, scrape or attack third-party sites without authorization, or automate actions that violate a target platform's terms of service.
Ghost may suspend or terminate access that poses security, legal, or abuse risk. You are responsible for automations you build, including data handled by connected integrations.
Ghost Studio may update automatically or prompt you to install new versions. Cloud Services may change features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Some components may include third-party or open-source software governed by separate licenses bundled with the product or documented in release notes.
Ghost retains all rights in the Services, templates, documentation, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your data, flows, and custom content you upload.
You grant Ghost a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
We implement industry-standard safeguards for credentials and workspace data. You must protect API keys, vault passphrases, and OAuth tokens stored in your environment.
Do not share production credentials in public repositories, support tickets, or community channels unless using Ghost-approved secure exchange methods.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. GHOST DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOST'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GHOST IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. GHOST IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Ghost may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or abuse after notice where reasonable.
Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using Ghost software except where retention is required by law. Export provisions in your workspace should be completed before account closure.
We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on autonomousghost.com and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
